The Public Relations Manager will lead strategic initiatives to create and maintain a favorable public image for Nobles Properties, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications team. This role will develop and implement communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and support Nobles' business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity, working closely with the marketing team.
- Build strong relationships with media outlets, consumers, government entities, and public interest groups to foster positive engagement.
- Cultivate and sustain excellent relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility.
- Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and distributing press releases and other external communications to ensure alignment with the company’s messaging.
- Handle media inquiries and coordinate interview requests, serving as the company’s spokesperson when needed.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the public to manage and shape its reputation.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain a positive public image for the organization through targeted communication efforts.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the company's reputation during emergencies.
- Manage and maintain a list of external copywriters to support the creation of high-quality press releases and public statements.
- Oversee the personal brand management of the Chairman, including handling social media accounts and aligning the Chairman’s image with that of the company.
- Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries to provide accurate information and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate interviews for company executives and management, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging.
- Drive the execution of social media and content strategies to release information that reinforces the organization's positive public images.
- Supervise creating engaging and informative content for various channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across all communication efforts.
- Oversee the planning and organization of corporate events, webinars, press conferences, product launches, and exhibition participation.
- Ensure all PR activities adhere to industry standards and are consistent with the company's brand image and strategic messaging, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members to build a high-performing PR team.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports for Management as required.
- Ensure the secure handling and protection of all sensitive information related to the company's operations, strategies, and client data per internal policies and legal compliance standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform any task required by the Management within the
scope of work.
