Night Shift Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise night shift production activities to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate closely with the night shift maintenance and QHSE teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Monitor and control productivity, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- - Resolve conflicts or issues among team members promptly and professionally.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with day shift leads and management.
- Train and support new or less experienced team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production floor to identify and address potential issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, QHSE).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
