Position Summary:
The role is responsible for implementing and managing the Group’s Corporate Compliance Plan to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position will report to the General Counsel and support legal functions across various areas as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a strong corporate compliance background, prior experience in the pharmaceutical field, high attention to detail, and full fluency in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the Group’s Corporate Compliance Plan across all relevant sites and sectors.
- Oversee internal compliance processes including policy management, monitoring activities, and internal reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate the drafting, updating, and communication of internal policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Design and deliver periodic compliance training and awareness sessions across departments.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and propose actions to ensure continuous compliance.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and support investigations, issue resolution, and remediation efforts.
- Provide legal support as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
- Stay up to date with emerging compliance risks, trends, and best practices.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for executive and departmental leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to Corporate Compliance – preferred
- Master’s degree in a relevant field related to Corporate Compliance – preferred
- Professional certification in Corporate Compliance – preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Compliance
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or manufacturing industries – preferred

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel occasionally to subsidiaries, affiliates, or external training sessions as needed.
