JOB PURPOSE
The Stock Management Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for overseeing and executing transactional stock management activities to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, process, and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing, aligning with established business needs.
- Review and validate all stock management transactions, provide necessary assistance, and track pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.
- Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on stock management activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.
Qualifications
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or Logistics, or Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to one years of experience in stock management, or a similar role.
