About The Role
We are looking for a
Service Center Operations Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Service Center. This role is key in ensuring smooth service processes, cross-department coordination, and adherence to quality standards that drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor service processes and help improve efficiency.
- Follow up on warranty, repair, and return cases to meet service standards.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts Warehouse, Finance, Reception, and Customer Experience teams.
- Assist in technician allocation and ensure readiness of tools and equipment.
- Support compliance with safety protocols, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and process audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in service operations, logistics, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills.
- Commitment to high-quality service standards.
