About the Role:EBEL Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Officer to join our expanding team. The role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, handling recruitment, enforcing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance across all our (F&B) brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers with employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:- Solid understanding of HR management, employee relations, and recruitment.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (F&B industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
