Job Brief
Senior Business Analyst is responsible to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions within an organization. Senior Business Analyst is responsible for Requirements Gathering through Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Senior Business Analyst is responsible to conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems, documenting findings, and effectively communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Senior Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Years of Experience (5+)
- Excellent experience in preparing BRD, SRS, integration and User stories documentations.
- Excellent experience in preparing and conducting UAT sessions
- Very good Experience work on project under Agile approach
- Plan business analysis activities
- Plan requirement gathering process
- Manage Scope of work
- Validating Change Requests
- Excellent experience in Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid Problem Solving and Soft Skills (Analytical Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, Focus on and comply with, client needs)
- Proactive and take initiatives
- Solid experience in Modeling (UML, BPMN)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Ability to travel to KSA as per project need
