Job Scope & Responsibilities
- The AI and Data Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the digital transformation of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by developing and implementing AI, data analytics, and automation strategies.
- This manager will be responsible for architecting and designing enterprise-wide AI infrastructure and data strategy across all DAD sites and countries to drive innovation through advanced analytics, system integration, and intelligent automation.
- Design and deploy AI/ML models and SAC predictive scenarios to support business needs
- Identify and automate repetitive business processes using RPA tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage SAP and non-SAP AI tools, including LLMs, ChatGPT, OpenAI, and deep learning frameworks to enhance business intelligence.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and other BI platforms.
- Develop data models from SAP HANA, BW, SQL Server, flat files, and APIs to support real-time analytics.
- Oversee and lead integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Manage complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the technical lead for digital initiatives including web and mobile app development, workflow automation, and custom application solutions.
- Ensure all AI, analytics, and automation solutions comply with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
- Support digital validation processes and maintain audit readiness for all data systems.
Education Level :
- Bachelor or master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, computer engineering, computer science, Data Science, information systems, or a related field
- Certificates such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), SAP Certified Application Associate, or RPA Developer Certification is an asset
- Project management experience or certification is highly desirable
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Must have hands-on experience:
- AI programming delivering solutions
- RPA delivering business process automation
- Building dashboards and reports using advanced reporting tool
- Highly preferred experience:
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of one of Python, Java, C++, R, Julia, JavaScript, or PHP…etc.
- AI/ML frameworks
- RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- System integration protocols (RESTful, SOAP)
- SQL/PLSQL, MSSQL, flat files, and API integrations
Highly Desirable Skills:
- In-depth understanding of GMP environments, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and related compliance and validation aspects
- Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics within the SAP environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, BW
- Web and mobile application development
