Role Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager who has demonstrated success in software product and services sales specifically within Jordan market for 1-2 years. In this critical role, the ideal candidate will take the lead in driving substantial revenue growth by not only identifying and exploring new business opportunities but also by fostering and nurturing robust client relationships. Furthermore, this individual will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market position.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Sales skills.
- Knowledge of IT solutions, ERP systems, and cloud technologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and address client requirements effectively.
- Experience in the IT industry or software services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of significant experience in software product and services sales or business development, particularly within Jordan or the Middle East region.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets & driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of software products, accompanied by an awareness of current technology trends and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software and various sales analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Design, implement, and continuously refine effective sales strategies aimed at achieving ambitious revenue targets while simultaneously expanding our market presence and influence
- Client Acquisition: Take initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a multitude of avenues, including prospecting, strategic networking, and innovative lead generation techniques
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges, and providing meticulously tailored solutions to meet those demands
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and pinpoint potential areas ripe for growth and expansion
- Proposal Development: Prepare, refine, and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that resonate with prospective clients, showcasing our software solutions' value and benefits
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless alignment and robust support for ongoing and future business initiatives
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics diligently, delivering insightful reports to senior management to evaluate our progress and tailor strategies to enhance performance as necessary.
- Networking: Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, effectively promoting our cutting-edge software solutions and establishing our brand's presence in the marketplace.
