Purpose Of Role / Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager will be a key player in expanding client base in the FX and CFD’s brokerage industry. This role is all about uncovering new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's strategic goals. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a knack for analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the industry and a results-oriented approach to business development.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and staying updated on financial market trends to suggest growth strategies
- Manage client relationships through daily communications (calls, emails, meetings), focusing on building and strengthening long-term partnerships
- Handle new client leads with diligence, converting them into active accounts, and ensuring retention through strategic engagement
- Promote the company’s financial products and services while recommending enhancements to meet client needs and expand the client base
- Identify, assess, negotiate, and close partnership deals with local agents and IB’s to drive market growth
- Represent the company professionally and positively, maintaining strong business and customer relationships
- Achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring business goals align with organizational expectations
- Perform additional duties as required for the role
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, additional certifications related to financial services is a Plus
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with an experience in CFD’s brokerage
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and regulatory environment related to FX and CFD’s
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base
