Purpose Of Role/Summary
The BDM focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and converting leads into active accounts. It involves building strong partnerships, meeting targets, and staying informed about market trends while representing the company professionally.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for migrating & onboarding an existing portfolio and generating new business
- Write a developed executable plan for clients’ acquisition
- Promote the company’s financial products and services
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels
- Arrange for joint meetings with the Regional Sales Manager when needed
- Increase client base in the CFD business at INGOT Brokers
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them while Cross selling products
- Gain hands-on skills in using the internal Customer relationship portal
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Economics
- Experience Required: Up to 5 years of experience in sales in the industry of financial brokerage
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and oral)
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication, networking and selling skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of the financial markets and trading platforms is must
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements

- Flexible Working Hours: Employees may commence their workday between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and are required to complete a total of 8 hours and 30 minutes of work per day with one hour break.
