The role will be primarily focused on evaluating investment opportunities, preparing, and updating financial models, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting strategic decisions related to our ongoing and new real estate development projects.
- Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate development or investment analysis.
- Core Skills Required:
- Strong financial modeling skills, including CF, IRR, ROI, NPV, WACC …. Itc.
- Experience in preparing feasibility studies and investment memorandums
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and development cycles
- Ability to evaluate investment opportunities from both financial and strategic perspectives
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
