Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales & collection operations in Jordan.
The role involves full ownership of the pharmacy sales channel, driving growth across the cosmetics, supplements, and OTC portfolio, and ensuring strong market penetration and collection performance.
The candidate must combine market expertise with strong leadership and commercial acumen to meet targets, build solid customer relationships, and sustain long-term growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Jordanian pharmacy market
- At least 2 years of experience in cosmetics and supplements.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
