Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and innovation areas.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to support strategy development.
- Develop business cases, frameworks, and presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Support innovation programs from ideation through implementation and performance measurement.
- Assist in setting KPIs and tracking the success of strategic and innovation efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation roles.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
