Job Description: Agency Management Advisor(Turkish)
We are seeking 1 local Turkish staff member (male preferred) to join our team as an AM. This role will focus on managing and optimizing agencies on our platform, ensuring their growth and effective collaboration with our operations.
Job Responsibilities
The role revolves around comprehensive agency management, including:
1. Maintain relationships with existing agencies, assist in resolving operational issues, and drive their growth through strategic support.
2. Handle onboarding processes for new agencies, including application review, relationship building, and tracking their performance to facilitate smooth integration into the platform.
3. Monitor the overall performance of all in-platform agencies via data tracking, identify and eliminate underperforming or low-quality agencies.
4. Guide agencies to participate in platform-led operations and events, encourage them to host independent events (e.g., parties), and ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content.
5. Carry out corresponding work for the recruitment, introduction, and management of platform dealers/resellers.
Requirements
1. Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Turkish with the ability to communicate seamlessly is mandatory.
2. Basic data analysis and sorting skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of handling agency affairs from the platform's strategic perspective.
4. Must be able to work on-site in Amman, Jordan.
