Job Brief:
We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Product Supervisor to drive the development, optimization, and performance of our e-commerce and digital platforms. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver best in class digital experiences. This role blends strategy with execution, balancing content accuracy, platform stability, and customer satisfaction, all while leveraging powerful tools like Magento, Insider, and Hotjar to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the eShop, translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and CX experts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and smooth coordination across supply, content, and logistics
- Oversee content updates across the platform using Magento, managing homepage banners, product content, and service information in collaboration with product owners
- Launch marketing campaigns and personalized experiences through Insider, and support chatbot flows, CBS messaging, and onboarding materials
- Analyze customer behavior and user journeys using Hotjar and Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital experiences
- Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and checkout performance, and maintain dashboards to visualize user and sales trends
- Analyze cancellation trends, payment logs, and CX insights to generate actionable recommendations that enhance customer journeys and checkout flows
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners and manage vendor onboarding and agreements to ensure smooth delivery operations and product readiness
- Report and track bugs using Jira, ensuring proper resolution in coordination with IT
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX experts, IT, Communications, and Commercial teams to enable consistent product delivery, and drive internal launches, training, and feedback loops
LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT
- Manage subordinates' learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.
- Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals
- Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
- Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process
- Manage subordinates' administrational requirements
- Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah's policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct
- Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah's strategy
- Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values
- Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge of the consumer digital markets, both domestically and internationally

- Good knowledge of competitive analysis
