Nobles Properties is on a mission to build one of the world’s most recognized real estate brands. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support that vision. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful marketing initiatives that showcase premium real estate projects across multiple channels.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively, branding is consistent, and communication efforts align with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of marketing plans to promote Nobles' real estate projects and initiatives
- Assist in the creation of engaging and informative content across websites, newsletters, social media, and internal communication platforms
- Coordinate with market research firms to facilitate surveys, data collection, and analysis of competitor trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with web design and development teams to enhance website UX/UI and maintain a seamless, high-performance online experience
- Monitor website functionality by identifying and resolving issues such as broken links and slow load times
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer relations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with strategic objectives
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and conferences to promote projects and generate new business leads
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as designers, photographers, and marketing agencies to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive company and client information
- Comply with all internal policies and legal standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management within the scope of work
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles, preferably within real estate or similar fast-paced industries
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and consistency
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content creation, and website optimization best practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
