We are looking for a motivated and technically capable D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Human Resources Management system (HRM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent Computer Science graduate or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in daily operations related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – HCM module.
- Assist in system configuration, user support, data updates, and process improvements.
- Work with HR and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and training as needed.
- Learn and apply both functional and technical aspects of D365 HR through structured on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an IT or ERP-related role.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems; knowledge of D365 F&O is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and support HR operations through technology.
