Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of all clinic branches.
-Implement and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
-Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
-Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
-Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational costs.
-Support the launch of new branches and services.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic management best practices.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
