**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE) is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, audit, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a senior management or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance and internal controls.
