We’re seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager who thrives on performance-driven marketing, understands the metrics that matter (ROI, effective reach, CTR, conversion rates), and leads with both creativity and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated project marketing strategies for high-end real estate developments to drive both transactions and brand equity
- Oversee omnichannel campaigns with clear KPIs across outdoor, satellite, direct, digital (SEO/SEM), social, email, and content channels
- Ensuring content is consistently creative and appropriate to each platform
- Lead and grow a dynamic team while managing budgets, timelines, and brand consistency
- Collaborate across departments and manage external agencies and strategic partnerships
What You Bring
- 8+ years in marketing and communications, ideally in fast-paced, competitive sectors such as real estate, automotive, consumer electronics, or retail
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing performance tools and metrics (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)
- Proven ability to grow brand visibility and manage multi-functional marketing teams and budgets
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- A strategic mindset with sharp creative instincts and a relentless focus on measurable results.
