About the Role
FutureTEC is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrators to join our teams in Kuwait and Jordan. You will play a key role in supporting our Sales, Presales, and Channel teams, ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with documentation, proposals, and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (deals, contacts, opportunity stages).
- Handle quotation requests, pricing follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication with procurement, finance, and operations.
- Prepare sales reports, client presentations, and tender documentation.
- Track pipeline progress and internal workflow approvals.
- Maintain organized records of approvals, contracts, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a sales support, coordination, or operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Preferred
- Previous experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services companies.
- Familiarity with vendor ecosystems and sales operations processes.
- Ability to work across departments and handle multiple priorities.
