Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Wadi Al-Seer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, planning and scheduling production activities, and ensuring that production meets quality control standards. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing production efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production lines and mixing equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Check and operate machinery to ensure readiness and functionality.
- Supervise the production department and verify material ratios according to approved specifications.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product compliance.
- Document all production operations in the company's digital system.
- Coordinate continuously with the R&D Manager to ensure product quality and improvements.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations within the production section.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Industries, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 1 year to 2 year of practical experience in food production.
- Knowledge of basic production operations.
- Familiarity with operating electronic control panels for machinery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
- Preferred residence areas: Bayader, 7th Circle, 8th Circle, Jandweel, Al-Zuhair, Marj Al-Hamam.
