Senior Risk & Operations Associate| MAF Future Solutions | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Risk & Operations Associate is responsible for executing the daily operational and fraud tasks assigned to him, ensuring accurate execution, risk mitigation, and customer support excellence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
ROLE PROFILE
- Operational Oversight: Perform the daily operations of Fintech Labs.
- Execute all day-to-day operational requirements within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Ex. Refund, Onboarding, reporting.
- Process Optimization: Assist in the standardization, automation, and consolidation through re-engineering and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Identify and report daily operational issues to the Manager promptly.
- Escalate critical incidents to the Manager promptly.
- Fraud Detection & Prevention: Monitor risk exposure to mitigate risks effectively.
- Monitor and analyze transactions, customer accounts, and operational processes to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Customer Support Management Support in addressing customer inquiries/complaints and issues effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Qualification: bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services, with a strong background in operations, fraud risk, and customer support.
- Good Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Good knowledge on Issuing and Payment Acceptance world and schemes rules and regulation.
- Good experience in FinTech operations, fraud prevention, and payment technologies.
- Ability to help in driving transformation initiatives and implement operational best practices.
