About the role:
As the Supply Chain Compliance Analyst for the Assisted Passage program, you will play a crucial role in supporting global supply chain operations through regular compliance monitoring and audits. This position is integral to ensuring that all supply chain activities adhere to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
As a member of the International Supply Chain Management team, you will assist the International Supply Chain Manager in managing suppliers and overseeing service delivery.
Your responsibilities include conducting service and supplier compliance audits globally, in collaboration with regional supply chain team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring daily global supply chain activities and performance.
- Conduct random and scheduled audits across regions and service providers, and internal processes.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify inconsistencies or areas of improvement.
- Ensure all transit services are delivered with the highest standards of safety and customer security.
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership with audit findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to be proactive and to increase productivity and streamline the chain.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions following audit results.
- Ensure that service delivery in remote locations is consistent with contractual requirements and expectations, this includes the use of innovative ways to monitor remote service delivery.
- Maintain organized records of all audits and compliance checks.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- Previous experience gained in a supply chain, compliance, or audit-related role is preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with the stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen and high level of understanding on financial management and strategy planning in the identification and development of solutions
- Be a clear and frequent communicator with a high standard of written and oral business language skills in both English and Arabic
- Experience working in a global/multinational environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- National Passport and the ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Full Driver's License
- Must have the right to work in Jordan
