Job Summary
As an HR Specialist at Aumet, you will play a key role in executing core HR functions that support our people strategy and fast-paced growth. Youll be responsible for driving HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a great employee experience across all touchpoints. You will collaborate across departments to implement best practices in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment efforts (job postings, screening, scheduling, etc.)
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new joiners in line with departmental workflows
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives
- Assist in organizing internal events, training, and engagement surveys
- Performance & Learning
- Support performance evaluation cycles, OKR check-ins, and feedback loops
- Track training hours and coordinate employee learning and development programs
- Assist in managing Dotline 1:1 meetings and career progression frameworks
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update HRIS records and documentation
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking in coordination with Finance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and Aumet policies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and labor law basics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of confidentiality, empathy, and ownership
