Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead and execute the recruitment strategy for building high-performing tech teams. This role is central to our growth and includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients to deploy talent across diverse outsourcing engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing & CV Screening:
- Source and filter candidates across various tech roles (developers, DevOps, UI/UX, QA, etc.) using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal referrals.
- Candidate Database Management:
- Build and maintain a structured and searchable internal talent database for future outsourcing needs.
- Interview & Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate technical and soft skills, and prepare interview summaries.
- Client Coordination:
- Schedule and arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and client hiring managers; provide follow-ups and updates.
- Job Description Creation:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to draft precise job requirements and role expectations.
- Market Benchmarking:
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in Jordan and MENA region.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or agency environment
- Strong understanding of software development roles and tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Preferred- Experience recruiting for government and enterprise IT projects
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Toptal) and hybrid hiring models
- Understanding of employment law and contracting structures in Jordan
