About the Role:
The Quickwins is hiring an experienced
HR Manager on behalf of a well-known client located in
AMMAN for a
6-MONTH contract. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the company attracts and hires the right talent
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, implementing initiatives to improve the workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices
- Manage employee relations and provide coaching to management regarding employee issues
- Develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
