Minarets Tech is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to lead and develop HR strategies and policies across its branches in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
Candidate shall be capable of working in a multicultural environment and possess in-depth knowledge and experience of Jordan & Saudi labor law to support the company’s operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
2- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
3- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations.
4-Handle labor disputes and legal cases.
5- Oversee performance evaluation processes and implement career development plans.
6- Ensure HR practices comply with both Saudi and Jordanian labor laws.
7- Provide legal and administrative HR consultation to senior management.
8- Support payroll and benefits administration while ensuring internal equity.
9- Participate in preparing the annual HR department budget.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with proven expertise in Saudi labor law of a minimum of 5 years.
3- Strong knowledge and experience of Saudi labor regulations (knowledge of Jordanian law is a plus).
4- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
5- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
6- Proficiency in using HR system preferred (MenaITech or Multinational CRM).
