Responsibilities

Manage the entire people operations and employee onboarding process.
Set objectives for the People Operations team and track progress based on metrics.
Implement and execute the company’s policies and procedures.
Manage & Administer the Payroll process across the region.
Prepare detailed monthly reports on various HR costs.
Manage and administer the employees' health insurance programs with Insurance Companies.
Overseeing HR databases and HR system.
Resolve all employee-related issues and queries.
Counsel employees as and when required.
Maintain and update the employee benefits programs related to schooling, annual tickets, etc.
Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics across the region.
Manage employees’ files & contracts

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in HR Operations management or a related field is typically required, with demonstrated success in managing a team and driving HR initiatives.
Experience in Labor regulations in Jordan, UAE, KSA and Egypt.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Experience in working with HR Systems mainly on payroll, attendance and other operational modules.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive HR initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
