Job Title - Contact Centre - Team Lead

Work Location - Jordan
Salary - Net Salary: up to 450 JOD
Preferred - Bilinguals (English and Arabic speakers)
Working hours: 8:30 am - 10:30 pm / 9 hrs. shift with 1 hour break
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service agents
- Monitor performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Provide training, feedback, and development to agents
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution
- Implement best practices to improve team efficiency and satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and ensure high-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre or customer service role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools
