Job purpose/ summary of the overall job assignment:
Join us a B2B Sales Representative and play a key role in expanding our customer base by creating and nurturing business relationships with other cafés, restaurants, offices, and hospitality businesses. Your goal will be to drive sales by negotiating deals and offering tailored coffee products and services that meet the unique needs of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to increase revenue and promote premium coffee offerings to businesses across the region.
Key Accountabilities/Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth
- Identify and approach potential clients across the hospitality and F&B sectors.
- Manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to proposal and closing.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support growth and client acquisition.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct meetings and tastings to introduce the company's products and values.
- Offer tailored solutions based on the unique needs of each client.
- Provide consistent follow-up, service, and support to maintain strong relationships.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate timelines and logistics with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and communicate effectively with clients.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Prepare clear, competitive pricing and proposals with coordination with management.
- Negotiate with transparency and professionalism.
- Meet sales targets while upholding the company's commitment to quality and service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and revenue generation using CRM software, or sheets.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to coordinate deliveries, product availability, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the local market.
- Share market insights with the team to improve offerings and strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline and client accounts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Desired:
- Previous experience in selling coffee products or working within the food and beverage industry in Jordan.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- A passion for coffee and the ability to articulate its value to business clients.
- Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
