Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman, Jordan for an Export Sales Coordinator. The Export Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing export documentation, coordinating with customers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with international shipping standards. The role involves close communication with customers to address their needs, handling ocean freight arrangements, and maintaining records of export shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience with Export Documentation and Export processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Ocean freight arrangements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the logistics or industrial sector is a plus
