We’re looking for a Media Traffic Executive to join our dynamic team and help ensure the smooth execution of media campaigns across radio, print, digital, and social platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with the sales team and clients to ensure timely receipt of campaign materials (radio, ad, artwork, etc.) before kickoff.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and clients to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Schedule and manage media campaigns across all platforms using Broadsign.
- Track ad bookings and prepare daily distribution logs.
- Follow up on signed contracts and maintain proper documentation.
- Generate campaign reports and post-campaign materials.
- Support media content delivery and assist in developing media plans.
- Handle client and internal team requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
2-3
- years of experience in media coordination, marketing support, pre-sales, or business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Familiarity with Broadsign or media scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
