Role OverviewWe’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to lead the growth and visibility of Project Padel and Deuce Café. This hybrid role combines hands-on marketing execution with strategic business development and event activation to build strong brand equity and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for both Project Padel and Deuce Café
- Design and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media and campaigns
- Generate fresh, creative ideas for content, events, and activations aligned with the brand’s positioning
- Oversee and manage content creators (photographers, videographers, editors)
- Lead and implement an influencer marketing strategy, including identification, outreach, and campaign tracking
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and optimize accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional promotion of padel programs, café offerings, and facility features
- Coordinate app marketing updates, in-app announcements, and user engagement messaging
- Lead internal branding efforts: signage, wall graphics, in-café menu boards, court decals, and overall brand visibility within the facility
Business Development- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with corporate and brand partners
- Reach out to companies, gyms, and local organizations to explore co-branded initiatives and long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and summer camps to drive participation and engagement in padel sessions, tournaments, and F&B activations
- Support management in preparing custom pitch decks, presentations, and partnership proposals
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and community events to identify business growth opportunities
- Represent the brand externally to create visibility and forge strategic collaborations
Events Coordination & Activation- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including mixers, leagues, café pop-ups, influencer activations, and partner-led campaigns
- Ensure alignment between events, brand messaging, and commercial goals
- Work with operations, coaching, and café teams to deliver smooth event execution
- Manage promotional timelines for events including visual assets, invites, and digital promotion
- Track event attendance, gather feedback, and report outcomes to optimize future activations
Requirements
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior work in sports, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital campaigns, and social media strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and clients
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing tools
- Event planning and influencer campaign management experience
Technical & Analytical Abilities- Comfort with basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and app-based communication platforms
