This position holds full authority over the end-to-end payment solution lifecycle and acts as a transformation catalyst. Engages deeply with IT, Product, Data, and Operations teams to ensure all digital payment initiatives deliver measurable business value, technological advancement, and customer excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are highly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital payments, fintech platforms, or banking technology strategy
- Strong business-technical acumen with hands-on experience in payment architecture, integration layers, and service orchestration
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level and lead multidisciplinary teams toward high-impact outcomes
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel architecture, platform ecosystems, and emerging digital payment trends
- Demonstrated track record in driving measurable financial outcomes through technology-led payment solutions
