Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and optimize social media accounts and advertising campaigns.
Track and measure marketing campaign performance and make improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing (digital marketing experience preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand building, and advertising strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
