Job Brief:
Support business activities by converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications and aligning them with the customer journey to ensure the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the business requirements embedded within the business offer descriptor document into technical specifications and highlight all necessary business rules to finalize the customer journey for any new product or service
- Define and execute the required UAT scenarios for any new product or service to ensure that all business requirements are successfully implemented according to product development specifications
- Follow up with different project stakeholders' (engineering, billing, accounting, product managers, DevOps...etc.) teams to deliver all requested business projects within the agreed time frame
- Investigate any mass issues occurring in our packages or services, identify root causes in coordination with the technical team, find the appropriate solutions, and follow up on their implementation
- Analyze the current end-to-end customer journey across different lifecycle stages to identify gaps and define the actions required to enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop new products and services using the Scrum framework
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Basic Knowledge (0-2Yrs) in a related field.
Certifications & Licensure:
Desirable:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- PMP Certification
Tools & Systems:

- CBS
- POS/CRM
- MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Technical Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
- Good knowledge of the customer journey in the telecommunication industry
- Good knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to details
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
- Good knowledge of scrum framework
- Good problem solving skills
- This role is a limited-term position for a duration of 6 months.
