Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, reengineer processes and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves gathering and documenting business needs and supporting project implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges. Elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Expertise in Software Business Analysis and understanding Business Requirements
- Knowledge in optimizing Business Processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a point of contact between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
- Expertise in software sector is mandatory
- Experience in software development and product management is a must.
