We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (3+ Years Experience)

Designs Field is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about strategy, content, and performance — and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment — this role is for you.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across platforms.
- Write engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content in both Arabic and English.
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities for content innovation.
- Conduct performance analysis and present clear, visually compelling monthly reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, client service) to align on goals and deliverables.
- Monitor, respond, and manage community engagement with professionalism and brand tone.
🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven record in an agency setting.
- Are fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Have experience with social media planning and analytics tools (e.g. Meta tools, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Know how to prepare insightful and visually polished performance reports.
- Are familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT for idea generation and content support.
- Understand how to find and adapt trending ideas to local and brand-specific contexts.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Asana, SMM tools, and performance dashboards.
🌟 Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with influencer collaborations or partnerships.
- Understand basic SEO as it relates to content visibility.
- Are confident in client communication and reporting.
- Can support or mentor junior team members when needed.
📍 Work Setup:
This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Khalda, Amman. Remote work is not available for this role.
