Role Description
This is a contract Sales Assistant role located on-site in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales for the store.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Organization Skills
- Proficient with computers and Excel; able to navigate spreadsheets, enter data accurately, and perform basic formulas and functions
- Experience in retail or sales environments
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the home furnishings or retail industry
- POS systems experience is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
