Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee located in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Employee will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. They will also handle customer inquiries, offer product information, and carry out sales transactions. Additionally, the Sales Employee will maintain good relationships with clients, follow up on potential leads, and contribute to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience in flooring and carpet sales of no less than 3 years.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet specific targets.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of flooring and carpet products and their characteristics.
