Summary
Job Summary
The
Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development,
implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across all
channels. This role oversees digital campaigns, manages a team of
specialists, and drives content strategy, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and
social media initiatives. The manager leverages data and performance
analytics to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and achieve the
organization’s marketing objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team, including specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Oversee the execution of all digital channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs); recommend and apply optimizations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints by coordinating closely with relevant departments.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies competitive.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and digital initiatives as needed.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies or platforms to enhance digital effectiveness.
- Create executive-level performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
- Prepare executive-level summaries highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for strategic
decisions.
- Provide customized reports for other departments (e.g., sales, products, customer success) to align marketing impact with business outcomes.
- Recommend opportunities for automation or workflow enhancements to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with content creators and brand teams.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching to team members to support their professional development, address individual challenges, and align their work with team objectives. Foster a culture of continuous
improvement through constructive feedback, personalized guidance, and a clear goal setting.
- Identify skills gabs, training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities tailored to each team
member’s role to enhance their capabilities and support career growth.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve challenges related to performance, KPIs, collaboration, or workload distribution to enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Stay updated with trends, innovations, and best practices in relevant subject areas to guide team members accordingly.
- Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, any relevant field
- Masters’ business Administration (MBA) or Marketing is preferred but
not mandatory.
