Job Description: 1. Be responsible for overseas product operation, 4P dimension integrated marketing and product life cycle management, and be accountable for the success of the product in the market;
2. Formulate and adjust product strategies and sales strategies, including market insight, channel research, price setting, and overall planning of sales policies throughout the product life cycle;
3. Closely cooperate with the sales department, organize and promote the entry of products into sales channels, monitor and analyze the purchase, sales and inventory situation in real time, and dynamically adjust the sales strategy;
4. Be responsible for the supply and distribution strategies of products at different stages, and collaborate with the supply chain department to dynamically adjust the supply rhythm of products.
5. Be responsible for the quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets of the country in charge, and conduct data analysis on a regular basis.
Position Requirements: 1. Candidates with experience in successfully leading products to launch overseas will be given priority.
2. Have a certain awareness of P&L and knowledge of financial management;
3. Possess relatively good leadership skills and influence in the upstream and downstream industries, and have working and management experience in matrix organizations.
4. Extremely strong communication, coordination, organizational skills and project management capabilities;
5. High market acumen, clear thinking, and the ability to independently analyze and formulate strategies;
