We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education
and technology, with a strong ability to identify customer needs, build
relationships with educational institutions, and drive sales of our digital
learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within schools, universities, training centers, and other educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's EdTech solutions and tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the education sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and support lead generation efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, education, or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the education sector and the challenges faced by educators and institutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and presentations when needed.
