We are looking for a talented and passionate Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is skilled in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content optimized for social media platforms. You will be responsible for capturing visually engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Content Ideation: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that engage audiences.
- Filming & Editing: Capture high-quality footage, conduct interviews, and edit videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences through creative visual storytelling.
- Social Media Optimization: Adapt video content for different platforms, ensuring proper formatting, aspect ratios, and engagement techniques (text overlays, subtitles, quick cuts, etc.).
- Trends & Insights: Stay updated on social media trends, video marketing strategies, and platform algorithm changes to create engaging content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or a related field (social media or agency experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Camera Operation: Experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Creative Eye: Strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Social Media Expertise: Understanding of social media video formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to client needs.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills is required.
