Low/No Code Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a
Low/No Code Developer to support development and administration services using modern low-code/no-code platforms. The role involves creating efficient, scalable business applications, automating processes, and delivering value rapidly in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Automate business processes and integrate solutions with internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate).
- Monitor application performance and make improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and data governance protocols.
- Support users by troubleshooting issues and providing training/documentation.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT or digital services within a large organization.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with low-code or no-code platforms.
Certifications (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals)
- Agile Delivery certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in a related business or technology field (preferred)
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and modern development trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with data modeling, APIs, and cloud integration is an advantage
