Job Purpose:
To lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple markets within our automotive distribution group. This role ensures efficient demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to support sustainable business growth and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional demand planning and forecasting activities
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure availability across a diverse SKU base
- Manage procurement strategies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate regional logistics operations including transportation and warehousing
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Lead cross-border supplier and warehouse collaboration
- Support cross-functional teams with strategic supply chain insights.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in automotive spare parts or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional supply chains, including forecasting, procurement, and logistics.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and managing cross-border operations.
