Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual and project-based budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted results, providing actionable insights.
- Support financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure budget accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive budget reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Budget Specialist or in financial planning and analysis within an industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
