Responsible for leading channel enhancement initiatives (branch, mobile, online, ATM) as part of the Retail Transformation strategy, with a focus on elevating the omnichannel customer experience.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for channel development and integration
- Support the delivery of seamless omnichannel journeys in collaboration with IT and business units
- Monitor channel performance and propose optimization opportunities
- Lead UAT and deployment activities
- Follow up on post-launch performance and feedback collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in banking channels, digital projects, or service delivery
- Knowledge of channel integration and CX design
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
